The Challenge
A listed commercial building required external redecoration using approved paint systems. The render was in reasonable condition but needed careful preparation, and colours had to match the conservation area palette.
Our Solution
We used scaffold access to reach all areas, carried out necessary render repairs, and applied a breathable masonry paint system in the approved heritage colour. All windows and doors were repainted in coordinated colours.
